Hi,
would like to lodge a complaint about how slow and ineffective your customer care centre is (in new zealand i believe).
i first made contact with your support centre on the 18/02/09 about a faulty phone i purchased which has had four faults in less than a year and is currently unusable.
it is now the 29/04/09 and i am yet to hear any feed back from this so called support centre, even though they have all the required information needed (i have called them numerous times to confirm this).
i have also spoken to staff at this support centre on three different occasions in the last week about my case and each time we have spoken they have the same remark. which is that they do not know why i haven't been contacted because they can clearly see that all the information that is needed is before them, they than speak to their case manager which reassures them that i will be contacted the very day that i have spoken to them, which also does not happen.
your employee's have confirmed my mobile number and assured me i was to be called before the end of the working day but this has yet to occur. i do not know if this is through incompetance, lack of training or through miss management but it has been enough for me to make my thoughts heard and write this e-mail.
i hope through this e-mail i can get some satisfactory result, because as i wait with this pre-historic loan phone i have received while waiting for a reply from your "customer care centre" i am growing increasingly frustrated with sony ericcson and this will no doubt influence my phone buying decisions from this time forward.
