Non supply of paid goods

Hello,

Goods were ordered (on 23 November) and paid for in full however never delivered. The goods in question was a Pioneer AVICF900BT car entertainment centre. I was informed that goods would be dispatched and freight company consignment number given once funds were collected from Western Union account.

Company now being verified by EPlaza. Have copies of all correspondence should it be required.
