Hi I purchesed a electrical toy buggey from soldsmart 2 weeks ago it turned up and does not work at all I have sent various emails to soldsmart about this aswell a photos on what is wrong with it and all they have offered is a 30 refund wich I did not accept due to the fact it will cost a lot more to fix so I have emailed them back and declined there offer I asked them for a replacement or a full refund now they refuse to get in contact with me I have sent various emails and have had no luck could someone please help me
