Troy. F And Mark ripoff audio surround sound SCAM Fleetwood and Lux, MELBOURNE VICTORIA

Today My Husband was approached in a car park in Hoppers Crossing on Old Geelong Road by two men, Troy. F and Mark. Who proceeded to tell him that these surround sound systems in the back of their white Kia (Protoge?)van plate number UFJ-331 were worth $7000 AU and that they could sell them to him for $1800 AU. My husband then rang me to ask if he could do it, and explained that these systems were ordered incorrectly for a store and that their boss had asked the guys to get rid of them before they got back to the warehouse. The price had then dropped to $1500 AU. I told my husband no because I thought straight away DODGEY... but my husband rings me back a few minutes later and says they're on their way over now, can we pay by cheque. So, they turned up in their van, all full of talk and hype, showed me thier glossy magazines with the items and their RRP in US$.. which I believed!!!, showed me the goods out of the box, wrote a reciept, Troy showed me his drivers licence and wrote down the number on the reciept, and I then wrote them a cheque... luckily.By the time they had left, I thought I would checkout what they're worth and low and behold, I come across this website saying they're fake and worth nothing. I quickly rang our bank and had the cheque cancelled and then got in the car and drove over to the bank and the men were there trying to cash the chq. They walked out and I followed them back to our home where my husband was waiting for me, we gave back the items and sent them on their way. Since then, I have called the police and reported them, I have the reciept with finger prints and they have their ugly mugs on the cameras at the bank. I am so grateful that i found this information before they cashed the chq. Thankyou to all that have been burned that wrote in to report these A$$holes.
