NotGoodEnough.org aka NGE is a consumer gripe site located in Melbourne Australia. Consumers can login in and make complaints about organisations. The only problem is that no gripe can be made against NGE itself. The forums are heavily monitored and censored. There are many rules and subrules that need to be followed otherwise membership is cancelled.

The moderators can and WILL cancel membership instantly without any warning, feedback or explaination, regardless of whether a rule is broken or not (the rules are constructed in such a way that they can virtually adapt them to any situation). In fact one of the conditions of the site stated that "disussion or debate will not be entered into". This clause effectively makes the moderators "non-responders", something which the organisation points out and highlights in other organisations on whom gripes are made.

So if you, as a banned site user, know that you did not break a rule, your appeal will fall on deaf ears. Simple!!! And no discussions about it.

In effect the organisations portrays itself as a consumer watchdog, using pressure and peer group tactics on other businesses. At the same the this organisation acts and behaves in EXACTLY the same way as many organisation which it tries to expose. The only diffence is that this organisation recieves funding, exposure and public acceptance by putting on a "good guy" facade, where in fact it is nothing but a hypocrite, hence worse that the orgasation that IT tries to expose.

The views and opinions of moderators are clearly biased. Contradicting these views will cause a loss of membership. Some topics on the site will clearly create a controversy, which is bait for a member to be expelled from the site.
