Broke my watch refused to fix and insulted me

Took watch in 4/3 for new battery and watch strap. Returned watch with playgrounds loose in face and to be told "I didn't break it". A_few hours later the watch stopped. Brought it in today 25/3 to be told they will fix it if I pay $16.95 and bringing it back seems "odd." I said they broke it they should fix it and they refused. I asked for contact details for complaint and was told to google them.
