Plumber fitted spouting to home on 4/10 was paid but rain that night spouting filled with water i checked had to bail out water as no fall to allow water to go into down pipe i rang plummer to come and fix said ok will come 4pm didnt arrive or call rand next day was told he was to busy will arrive in afternoon failed to arrive or call rang again said will be in afternoon none arrival again
