Failure to supply

In August I paid Hicholas Huang US $858.88 to purchase bungees and clips used in my business. To this date I have not received the goods. This is despite numerous emails to and from Nicholas Huang who now will not reply, a period of 7 months later so Nicholas Huang must have intended to never supply the goods. Be warned about Nicholas Huang.
