Ray white told me they would take care of my property instead the tennants used it as a methamphetamine (drug) lab they failed to check the tennants refrences and did not peform the mandatory property inspections they told me would be done they only inspected the property after the discovered the drug squad had raided the property and shut the drug lab down after that they did not want to know me and refused to return my calls due the negligence of the property managers i was not covered by my tennants insurance due to the large amounts of dangerous and corrosive chemicals stored in the house the interior of the house will have to be stripped bare costing me tens of thousands of dollars not including lost rental income
