My mother purchased a laptop through radio rentals. One which she would make fortnightly repayments to pay for. The total over 36 months would be over $3500 for a general $600 computer to buy outright but my mother didnt have the money to buy it outright. They told her that if anything were to happen to the computer it would be covered under warranty. We spent over an hour on the phone which totals to over $50. She has recently had computer troubles and they are trying to charge her over $200 to replace per problem. She then under stress has accidently dropped the laptop. It is unfixxable and needs to be replaced. Radio Rentals refuse to do anything without my mother paying for all of the damage.
My mother believes thereis nothing that can be done.
