Goods have never been delivered, no response

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have emailed and phoned this removal company as they have undertaken to transport goods for my daughter from January this year from Australia to Johannesburg.
Email I have had no response, the emails are returned. I have phoned twice and spoken to a chap called Elvis and a lady called Ellena, and they have given me their emails but they have been returned, wrong address.
This is supposedly a huge International company. They have no record the lady said of my daughter's goods.
She did not insure the goods, however she did pay more than Aus$4000 for the transportation.
It would be nice to have some sort of feedback? Or who can I contact in Australia to take this further?
