Illegal transaction on credit card

Hi,
i ordered a product from urban nutrition and like all the others, at first about 3 days after urban nutrition debtited my credit card, a company called wellnesswatchers took 1.00 us dollar from my account, then 15 days later took another 59.00 ud dollars from my account. i have never ordered or had anything to do with this company, so with all these complaints made against them how has the government so called consumer watch dogs havent closed them down and prosecuted these people, this is totally illegal.
so how do i get my money refunded.
ps
so how did they get my credit card details?, there could only be one source
