Bad quality

There are many companies in China which have no business ethics. One of them is JBON which offers everything but honors nothing. We purchased Pressure Hoses for more then USD20K and about 75% failed at the random tests. Now the supplier refuses to accept responsibility and asked for more money if we want a better quality. Even he had quoted to specs and samples. Those business pratices are very comon in this country and is there any legal avenue to stop those bastards. If anyone out there can help would be appreciated. Thsi msut be stopped and my advice is not to deal with any companyin this country
