Refuses to say where they got my contact details

I t received an sms from this number 2782007229446158, stating the following: Work Abroad. DOORS NOW OPEN IN USA/CA/UK/AUS/EU. All qualification required. Call Centre 011 486 9474, 011 486 9476. Or email cv: [Email Removed]
I contacted them, asking where they got my number. They said PNet.
After being in contact with PNET, they checked their systems, and without any doubt, this company has never even viewed my my profile on PNET. Thus they could have never gotten my contact details.
They are liars, and are obtaining my cell number illegally, but refuse to tell me where they got it from, even after their 'source' have been proven a *****.
I have not subscribed to any newsletters in a very long time, or have given my number to anybody for job-related consultation.
I have, however, found the following:

The last two domains have been logged as **** sites overseas and locally.
This is very obviously a ****.
