Course fees, unclean environment

Dear sir/ madam

i registered with a course a couple of months ago and i found out that different students paid a different price for the course and if i did the course the price of the course would go down, also i paid $11, 990 each student paid a different price, and the standards of this organization is unacceptable i have put a complaint in here and nothing has happened, there are no coffee facilities, they also fail to clean the rooms and toilets remain uncleaned and i am always cleaning the toilet before i sit down because some one pees all over the toilet seat, dirty paper towels are all over the place we have to pick up toilet rolls from a box even the floor in the toilet there on the ground, i really do not want to get UTI from any one, there is no microwave for students or a fridge, they blamed the students for making a mess so they banned all the facilities, we all have to share the facilities toilets, they need to realize that there are alot of students come here to study international, there can be over 30 people and staff here who use it with what i believe its not our fault that a place is not kept clean by students every person should clean after them selves, but they do not supply a sponge, or cleaning stuff for dishes not even a fridge i do not want to buy food here in the city of Perth its to expensive i like to bring food from home i really do not want to get food poisoning. when i bring food from home it needs to be refridgerated
but the worst thing is they have there own facilities to warm things like a microwave, i had to ask to use it to warm a food source up for my self.
if needs be i can get photos of the paper towels all over the place, they have plans on getting vending machines.

this is a private training organisation long term not a school
