Misrepresented and seems to have disappeared

Like it seems many others, we have also been stung by the 'business' Kentwoodhouse and Associates. We signed up in Jan 08. I am urging other people who also feel that they have been ripped off to write a registered letter of complaint (this then allows you the right to officially complain through Office of Fair trading in Queensland and ACCC). The more people who articulate their feelings that this is a scam - the more likely it is that it will get investigated and we have some chance of getting our money back. We thought we did the right thing and called ACCC and ASIC before we signed up and they didn't see that it was a risk of a scam. Keep all documentation you have relating to the company and make a log of the attempts you have made to contact them. This will all help. I am not sure if it can be done internationally but it is worth a try.
