The Loan Finder Company has not met with their claimed assistance promises as indicated on the website. After 72 hours I received no response then I sent an e mail to the customer relations who in turn responded to me saying call the call center. Regardless of all this I still did not receive assistance with my requirements and pursued a financial institution on my own. Only to find this morning on my bank statement a R350 fee has been debited from my personal bank account. I want my money back and I will not stop until I get it and expose this **** of taking clients' money without providing any sort of support or service.
