As per all the other complainants - I ordered a 7 day trial bottle of Acacia pills and only got my supply 14 days after the date of order. In the box, there was a notice to say that if I don't cancel my order within the 14 days, then I will be charged US89.95 until I stop or cancel my order. I rang the company and cancelled my order and said I did not want any more charges debited to my account. They gave me the cancellation transaction number, however, in the last two days, there was another charge of US8.97, after I had already cancelled on 26/11/08!!! I am going to take this matter up with the Federal Police of Australia, if they do not stop charging the credit card.
I have rung them continuously many, many times, but they keep changing their customer service times - and no one picks up!! I need this matter sorted urgently, as it seems I am not the only one in the same position! What can be done for the company to stop charging the credit card, apart me cancelling my card and reapllying... which will take a few weeks to process - esp. at this time of year (Dec 08)!!!
