Unauthorised charges to bank account

There was an unauthorized charge to my back account, USD$29.95 (AUD$46.38) for "GoogleSuccessKit" on 23 Jan. The only transaction I authorized was only for the trial version product, which was explained to be USD$1.00 on 15 Jan. Moreover, neither of the products have been received up to this date.

I am demanding for the balance to be reversed back into my account.
