Unauthorised transactions

I had authorised for $1 to be taken out of my account for a trial version, which i never recieved, and have been hit with several other charges. I went through the terms and conditions to check for the catch, but it wasnt on the register page, I only just found the catch on the homepage. I rang the numbers on the homepage to complain, but it's telling me they are disconnected! Does anyone know of another number or way to contact them?
