Havent recieved the download

I ordered some internet security from yourselves on the 28/6/09. It was a 2 year plan and the order number was 8614527413. I have checked on my internet security and i has not been updated as it is stil to expire on the 13/08/09. How do i go about getting the software to update my security? The money has been taken out of my credit card and would rather if you could please raturn the money into my account. My email address is donboy2671@yahoo.co.uk
