Debiting my visa card (WHY)

I did not know how else to contact you. I have recently had a debit transaction from my bankcard from this website. Which was used as ref name and number. Dated 08/07/09. For the amount of $10.05 also International transfer fee.
Why are you taking money from my bankcard, without my authority, and how did you get my card details??? I have notified my bank, and they will be looking into this matter further.
Until I retrieved your details from my bank statement and found it to be a web site, I had never heard of your company or your site, let alone allowed you to debit money from me for God knows what.
Please respond to my e-mail, as I am at a loss as to How and Why.
