Do not get sucked in by Tax Returns Australia! I did my tax with them last year and it was fine, but this year I did it through them several weeks before the deadline, and went through the process of paying the fee through paypal, but after paypal accepted my money, the Tax Returns Australia website said it had encountered a problem. Copious emails and phone calls (never answered, at times on hold for up to 30 mins) later, I had not heard back from them and had to do my tax elsewhere, but could not get my fee back!! Paypal won't return payments for services not delivered, so Tax Returns Australia has my money but never submitted my tax... so frustrated!
