There is a further twist to this story, apparently Goldsworthy gave the Company that the debt was incurred to a unsuspecting 3rd Party, without disclosing to the third party that there was this massive tax debt... Goldsworthy claimed the reason he was giving the Company away was he was dying of Cancer.. What a Pathetic, Delusional Wanker this guy is.

Goldsworthy has a string of Victims his most notorius was his attempted 1 billion carbon credit fraud in Mindanao, Philippines...
