Wont reload my funds onto card

Paid cash for topup card, waited for the period to lapse, will not let me put money onto card, tried 20times, this has happened so many times now.
forced to call their number again, was asked for my personal details, after i give my details the fool tells me to send them a photocopy of the reload pack and a receipt. What a joke...
Emailed them many times, finally get answer, he tells me same thing. i email copies, and still get %$#@^ around.
NEVER AGAIN, these people will fail, this system will not last, and the business will fold unless the manager on top gets out there and sacks a few of the knobs in charge there.
