An amount of 99.99 was debited from our AMEX account which we didn't consent for on the 20th April. We haven't used Norton's for nearly 12 mths. I wish for this amount to be credited back into our account. I've been waiting to talk with a Norton's representative for over 3/4 an hour apart from being rude and not business like it another reason why I no longer use this product... A quick response would be appreciated certainly faster then my waiting to talk with someone.
