Why cant the websites be optimised for seo properly

After 3 years of learning about internet marketing, and mostly all my money invested in this site, Ohn's system has terrible flaws and they do not contact you unless they can get money out of you, infact i rang and asked about advertising for the site, and was treated terrible because i could'nt afford it, I'm a single father who is disabled and on welfare
i put everything i had including my kids going without all to find out i cannot optimise the site for yahoo, bing, and many search engines, reason the header in the website is hidden and can't be changed no meta data can be inserted, therefore i cannot verify ownership of the site for submisson to many search engines, and when i search
the keywords that come up are only shopping.opportunity, fun, to bad because i'm trying to promote hydrogen conversions to cars to run on water and it is very important

well i've been scvammed again by the internet, my credit card has been robbed several times and my pay pal account was broken into

I think i'll trade binary options at least i wont waste three years of my life and 20, 000.00
on useless crap
