Unauthorised charges to Visa Credit Card

On August 28 There were two unauthorised withdrawals from my Visa Credit Card by a company called Globe Click Guangzhou reference # 74311312240 for $49.19 (AU) and $48.28 (AU). I have Googled this company and nothing comes up except for an investigation website similar to yours with other complaints similar to mine for the above company.

Can you advise what the next action is to have the money refunded?
