I have ordered 3 chains from ioffer.com.
She no longer has a site on ioffer. 2 days after my payment her rating dropped to 81% and 5 negatives for the month.
Also the tracking details and courier details were no existant.
She only answered questions as she was interested in my money. Once she got it i never heard from her.
