Cannot contact to cancle product

I have just recieved another parcel, I have tried to contact Sarah Nicholson to cancle this product. (866) 989-8945 no answer doesnt even ring
I will be returning it to them and asking for my money to be refunded to my credit card which the bank will transfer to my new card
