Taking unauthorised money

I ordered diet max trial where i was only to pay postage, on7/9/10 they took $4.25 out of my account then on the 16/9/10 they took $93 dolars out of my account without my authority. I have not received diet max. I want my money returned to me by cheque to my address a sI have had to close my account so they can not keep taking my money.
