Very upset as i got a 10KT gold safety chain charm given at xmas, with a folt in it, it was purchased back in aug by my husband who has shop at the same shop for all my jewelry and has spent thousands of $ over the year, s .i had asked for the money back and was told that because it was purchased back in aug that it was not going to happen, but was told as your husband is a vaild V.I.P i could purchase some thing els. which i did not want. The chain is not safe and i cant wear it. I feel that if i was there to spend money and not ask for money back on a purchase that has a folt that people would of helpped me out instead of me standing there for 1/2hr only to be told what i was told. Louise incharge of this shop has always been so nice and i know we all have bad days but come on, i am not happy. Please help me get this sorted as i have a $479.oo safety chain that is good for nothing. Lisa Walke
