Ordered the watch in Feb and received it a few weeks later, the crown on the watch would not open, i contacted Nancy Meyers via email who replied to use more force, I did and it broke the crown off, all attempts to have the watch repaired/replaced or even a refund have so far fallen on deaf ears. It is obviously a manufacturing problem, but getting exact watches to accept this is like trying to get blood out of a stone
