We made a booking via [URL Removed] for reservations at the Cascades Suncity, they confirmed the booking by email and deducted the money from our account. Upon arrival Suncity did not receive any notifications whatsoever! The hospitality of Suncity accomodated us but at an additional cost. I have sent complaints to their customer care address as their contact details are invalid. Their websites states that they will get back to me within 2-3 days and all i have recieved from them is that the matter will be dealt with within 7 working days!!! This is totally unacceptable. I travelled for over two hours to get there and was serioulsy inconvienced, despite paying a premium for the rooms!!!
