Flight JQ627 from Sydney to Melb delayed by 3 HOURS... seriously - how the **** and why can they not contact the customers who were meant to be on the flight... the staff at the airport offered no help to get the flight changed, but offered an $8 food voucher?? seriously... 3 hours worth $8?
