Unlawfull charged my American Express Credit Card Queensland

We have a stay at the Mantra resort for 3 nights in August and fully paid on the 3th September. The Reception told us that we have to supply our credit card nummer for security reasons. So we did. Nine months later on the 5th of May we are charged for the same amount again and taken off my account. We have contacted several times without any success and are ripped off by this resort. Be aware and stay somewhere else if you want your creditcard secret. This resort works with fraudulent staff and the headquarters at the Gold Coast in Australia let you down also. Be Aware
