I am from Cleveland Ohio and couldn't get to Australia liked planned on on Sunday March 10th. I was scheduled to start a Virgin Blue Vacation to Daydream Island on Monday March 11th. The snow kept me in Cleveland. United Airlines issued me a full refund for the ticket to AUstralia. Virgin BLue only offered a 900 dollar credit or said there would be a 700 dollar rebooking fee to rebook. The amount of the vacation was 2300 dollars Australian. A freak snow storm IS AN ACT OF GOD. I shouldn't have to pay extra. United got it right. I will never fly ANY of the Virgin airlines again.
