3 Months ago I was contacted by a FnB agents telling me that they have made a deal with Vodacom to provide their customers with good deals. So I took the deal that they offered me and was told I would only be charged after I activate the package. I never did activate it cause when i received the phone I did not like it and called vodacom to cancel the deal and asked them to pick up the phone. In the 2 weeks that it took them to collect the phone i was charged for possession of the package after they had informed me that i would only be charged if i activate the package. After they collect the phone i them assumed that all is well until i noticed 2 months after that they were still debiting money out of my account. I them called them countless times to cancel and eveytime they would tell me that my refund is being processed. I called again to day after to notice period and my request is still not logged as per Lethu at the accounts call center and after I asked to speak to the team leader, they hung up on me. This is really not the type of service to expect from the leading network provide
