FRAUD, RIP OFF, AVOID AT ALL COSTS Mt Clea

After communicating with a rep named "TOM" via email I purchased $192.59 (excl shipping) worth of products online on the 13th Feb I chose a shipping method that provides tracking. After waiting a week to receive a confirmation/acknowledgment email I emailed the customer service dept to ask for a status update on my order, I again emailed the company on the 27th Feb to request a status update. On BOTH occasions I have received NO RESPONSE from EIGHTY EIGHT BEAUTY SUPPLY.

I am out of pocket $192.59 $82 shipping & am being ignored by the company. Seeing they can't even be bothered to contact me with a tracking number for my parcel I am led to believe this is not an oversight rather a straight up FRAUDULENT RETAILER.

I suggest others take my experience into consideration & avoid these rip off artists at all costs.
