My order number is 93532. I bought a pair of "uggs" for my girlfriend for christmas, only to find upon their arrival to be very poor quality compared to the Ugg Austrailia brand i had subsequently bought her. One foot being smaller than the other and the general look and feel was below standard considering the price. I therefore sent them back within the time limit - unworn - asking for a refund. I recieved an email stating that they would refund me the money minus 15% "handling fee". Though i thought this to be a rip off - i posted them back thinking something back would be better than nothing...
Two months later i have recieved no email confirmation of arrival of package or of refund to my account. I have emailed the company several times since only to be sent an automated response stating they would get back to me within 72 hours... and then nothing at all... i have looked for a telephone number but have not been able to find one - this company customer service is pretty non existent - and it now seems like they are simply ignoring my emails. I will endeavour to find their number and pursue the case further by contacting trading standards on the matter. Companies like this need to have their internet trading rights revoked. Do not buy from this company - lesson learned is if something seems too good to be true... it really is.
