This company changes their address, and e-mail accounts on their website www.designerbrandoutlet.com. The site appears to have just closed down now. It is a very good thing considering the fact they have been ripping people off. The site seemed very proffesional and credible, with their designer dresses, however if anything goes wrong with an order they are permanently uncontactable with any of their admin e-mail adrresses, and have a permanent answering machine on their advertised phone number which is never answered.
I ordered a Chloe runway dress, which did actually arrive from China, but was an obvious cheap copy, and was sent in a much larger size to the size ordered. I sent the dress back but have not recieved the dress in the size ordered or a refund.
Judging from other complaints I have since read about this company, also at www.complaintsbaord.com it was a miracle I received a dress at all, despite the fact it was a size far larger than the size ordered and an obvious cheap imitation of the runway dress advertised. It looked vaguely like it, with a cheap plastic belt instead of the silk one in the photograph on their website, with beads roughly stuck on with glue. It looked so cheap it was unbelievable.
