I bought a DVF dress online at a cost of 200 Austrailian dollars from the designer brand outlet. It seemed very professional although they do not have very many items for sale which should have alerted me to a scam. The money came out immediately and I was sent a confirmation email saying it would be with me in less than a week. I have sent at least 20 emails and got one back from "Lucy" who said it had been out of stock but would be with me within 3-5 days. This didn't happen. I am still awaiting it but now the web page will not open and the emails cannot be sent from my email account even though they are the exact addresses I had been using before. I called them both by phone and skype, no answer, just an automated answer machine. This company is a fraud. I shop alot on ebay and from other designer online stores like net a porter and they always email back immediately and answer the phone. Do Not Buy From Designer Brand Outlet! My story is exactly the same as the others I have read on this complaint site an others, even down to the detail of the one email reply being from someone called 'Lucy"
