Window exchange, screen door refund

Stegbar took over Airlite windows. This is a problem stegbar inherited a 2 year ongoing problem. Stegbar has thus far taken a further 10 months after achieving what they term as system failure, which was obvious. First system failure was the window consultant who didn’t take into account the weight or size of the double hung windows that the tension rods couldn’t cope. Second the factory floor software that produces the windows didn’t recognise logistically the rods where unable to hold weight.3rdly after attempting to replace rods, the new commercial rods didn’t fit. The solution to me 2 years ago was replace the windows.
The screen doors cannot be installed again failure again by the window consultant to recognise blinds on outward opening doors. My enq numbers which I’m still waiting for a response 0265448 and 0262813.May Stegbar can read this and take action. If anyone knows a good legal team that would be appreciated.i spent $42000.00 with this mob and this is how I’m treated, like rubbish.
