EDGARS ***** ME, WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS?

Hi my name is Thabo and i bought all my phones from Edgars and i have made sure that they are all insured. i lost my phone last year October and i have submitted everything that they want. they never bother to call me i went to them numerous time and the first time they told me that they are still looking for my papers, when i went again i was told that my MIE number doesn't correspond with the one that they have, i went to vodacom the gave me the copy that i once send to Edgars. now i'm suppose to get my phone they are giving me stories saying they are still busy they will assist me and it was the everyday story. i went again today i was told they cant help me. after all this years that i have been paying my insurance and buying phones from them they do this to me? what kind of service are we getting from u guys? i didnt ***** those phone i bought them and insured them with u. i want my phone i'm tired of all the **** and promises i want my phone. please up your services this is not how u suppose to be treating customers.
