Non Responsive Lack Luster Service Takes The Money and Runs Sydney

I have made multiple attempts to contact Ben Grundy about a refund for my subscription to his podcast Mysterious Universe. No word for about 3 weeks until tonight (5-5-08), in which an online mass mailer told me that my subscription had been canceled.

My multiple emails clearly said that along with canceling my subscription I also wanted to take advantage of the terms and conditions rule that allows me to file for a refund if shows are late. it has been a month since an episode has been realesed. Grundy guarantees 2 episodes a week.

This is a scam and i feel that Ben Grundy needs to be dealt with by being brought to some form of legal prosecution.
