Ripped me off $11000 ripoff New South Wales

I was living in a country town and getting lonely. So I saw this ad on TV for Rural Network.

I saw their webpage and put my details on there and they contacted me on my mobile phone. After this, I was signed up at their most basic membership.

Over the next few weeks they contacted me numerous times telling me about different members I could meet, but only if I upgraded my membership each time. They also changed the story of what I was paying for.

For example, I was asked to pay 4400 for 2 years admin fees, then a couple of weeks later, they told me it was for something else and charged me more money for more services.

I went to the New South Wales Dept of Fair trading and they didn't help much. Of near 20000 I got 8000 back. I'm sick of this company and wish to let other australians know how much of a ripoff this company is.
