Ripoff fraudulent charges after cancelation

After taking a trial subscription I cancelled my subscription over the phone, i received a e mail stating that all charges would be removed from my account. I was never able to use the service or even use the trial subscription.2 months after cancelling I was billed another $100.00 and there is no way to contact the service.the charges have taken my credit card over limit and i am now being charged for that
