They ban me from there site chating freely in free room

This is a chat site, on this one do have rules, but also got people some are members that like too harass threaten, etc. When you try to turn in they do nothing.just go after you when you tell off on them speak freely in the free room. Lot crazy stuff goes there mostly the members ones do stuff get away with stuff. I know i try to turn some in got no responce..
