I, as a few others on this website, have fallen victim to uggbootcentral.com's ugg scam. Not only did it take months for me to receive my order, but when I did, I found out that they were knockoffs! Throughout the entire process, they were extremely slow to respond to emails, but when they did it was always the same canned response that answered none of my questions.
After receiving the product and reviewing their website for more information I found a few hidden pages that made it clear they were out to rip people off.
If you navigate over towards the "about ugg boots" button you will notice a drop down menu appears that says "UGG Trademark Issue" you can find that page here:

-Basically this page tries to say that ugg boots are a style and not a brand. Still not mentioning that their boots were not in fact ugg australia's ugg boots.
Furthermore if you are successful in finding the return page, you would see that returns would NOT be accepted for "brand or look and feel being different than you expected." This is an interesting statement for a company claiming to sell authentic ugg boots.
Over 3 months later I am still trying to dispute this purchase with my credit card company...
It has been one of the worst experiences of my life trying to deal with this crap.
So please, take my advice and avoid this company like the plague, unless you wish to be ripped off!
