16 NOVEMBER I HAD PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE FOR 3 BOTTLES OF THE SUPRA GREEN COFFEE (3 FREE WITH EVERY ORDER)
I have made many calls since to 0875502437 order number 300143 and they just kept saying that it will come to me, then just recently 18 Jan they say i must check with my local customs! I refused to do that because i had no idea how to go about doing that and they never ever mentioned to me when purchasing the product that i had to " go check with my local customs" so anyway by now i am really fed up and i demand a refund so they say they would. Straight after i cut the call i get an email saying that my order has been cancelled due to supply of incorrect delivery address! Which is not true. I cancelled the order because they where not sending my stuff! So i open the email and it has a link saying that i need to fill in the cancellation form with a week and if not received in time then my refund will be less 15 % ! So i try to open the link to fill in the form and there is no form there! So i called Nicole back and she says i must email her that link and she will get back to me with 48hrs! If by now you haven't noticed... THIS IS A BIG!
